By accessing or using the Pilops website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Pilops ("we", "us", "our") provides a multiplayer career addon and related services for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or content.

Pilops is an independent addon and companion service for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024). The Service includes a persistent, player-driven world economy, fleet management, cargo and passenger missions, and related web and in-sim features. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation or Asobo Studio.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other reasons we deem appropriate.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party services; (c) use cheats, exploits, automation, or other means to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the shared economy; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff; (e) scrape, copy, or redistribute content or data from the Service without permission; or (f) use the Service to distribute malware or spam. We may take action, including account termination, to enforce acceptable use.

Pilops and its logos, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Microsoft Flight Simulator and related marks are the property of Microsoft Corporation. We do not claim ownership of Microsoft or third-party assets. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service or content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law or these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Microsoft Flight Simulator or third-party software or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pilops and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pilops operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
